Weird Exchange/Outlook issue sending email.
Hello everyone. We had an exchange server running 2 accepted domains lets say Domain-A and Domain-B. domain b split off and went to a hosted solution. We removed the accepted domain, made sure all smtp addressed for Domain-B were cleaned up and all seemed okay. There is only one under still setup on both our internal exchange server on Domain-A as well as the hosted exchange server that Domain-B moved to. That user is the owner of the company so we need to try and fix this as soon as possible. He has a problem where he tries to send to himself a test from Domain-A to Domain-B and he gets an undeliverable message. If you look at the message (which I have included) the error is "IMCEAEX-_O=Company_OU=EXC HANGE+20AD MINISTRATI VE+20GROUP +20+28FYDI BOHF23SPDL T+29_CN=RE CIPIENTS_C N=user121@ domain-a.c om
#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFou nd; not found ##"
It's taking his user@domain-b.com to address but trying to send it to an address that is user121@domain-a.com which does not exist anymore. To try and troubleshoot I thought maybe his outlook client was caching it somewhere so I had him delete the auto generated email for user@domain-b.com in his outlook history but when he types out the address to recreate the cached address it does the same thing when he send the message. Is this being pulled from the AD schema or something? I'm not sure where this is coming from. The full error is listed below. Thanks for any and all help! cheers

Thanks again for your help. I finally was able to recreate the Outlook profile yesterday. I tested and the mail did not bounce. I want to give it a few more days but I think we may be good.
