Email NDR
One of my users is having a problem with email not reaching him, I have managed to get a copy of the error message in the NDR, posted below. I am not to good at reading the message to find a potential problem. Your help is appreciated:

I see a "quota exceeded" message. Do you have mailbox size limits? If so, that user may be over the limit. Common settings are to restrict send or send and receive when a user goes over quota.
Mailbox quota exceeded.
NDR message 5.2.X is usually casued from an attachment is too large to be sent to the recipients mailbox. Also mailbox could be too full to receive email. This also could sometimes be related to a permissions issue with the users mailbox.
