E-mail is being delayed when sent from France to my companies Gmail Apps domain

We have our domain name setup through Google Apps and mail works perfectly except from some companies overseas.  The problem right now are our two customers in France.  These e-mails always arrive but are sometimes delayed by hours or even days.  However, sometimes their e-mails go right through and I cannot seem to figure out what the difference is.

In Outlook I checked the header of one of these that were sent on September 29th at 9am Eastern (Monday) but we received it today October 2nd at 10:33 (Thursday).  I've looked this up quite a bit but nothing seems to help and I am not sure if there is anything I can do on my end.  However, I am willing to contact this company to give them some ideas of what to do if there is a problem on their end.  Below is the header information:

Our test e-mail: kroscoe@hytorc.com
Their e-mail in France: md@hytorcbt.com

In the tracking information above there is a strange error message that I have been unable to figure out.

Thanks for everyone's help!

It seems it was above my control to resolve as orange wasn't able to help me.

I switched to an internal Exchange server to fully control the environment and it is now working.
Question was answered.  Orange was the root of the problem.

Well it is still going through orange to get to my server now - but I have added the domains to my whitelist in Exchange and they all come right through.  It seems that Google's servers was holding it from Orange and I had no choice but to get a new e-mail provider.

I will reward you with points though.
