How can I read from the communication port of my computer?
Is there a wrapper (MFC or a like) that can make it simple for me?

Here are 2 references that will teach you how to read from the com port in MFC. The first one is the best. It gives you a complete com port software package. I have found them to be very useful. First: "Serial Communications Developer's Guide" by Mark Nelson
