Programmatically database creation !

The SQL statements that angellll wrote is enough to create an empty database.

But if you want to create a database with tables, indexes and other objects (stored procedures, users, etc) then I suggest you to create a script file of your database and in VC++ make a routine to run that script (if you want to alter your database, you only need to generate other script file and replace the old one. No need to recompile your application).

Have you looked into using SQL-DMO in Visual C++?  SQL-DMO contains alot of easy to use functions, etc for manipulating server objects.
