How to change UTF-8 encoding in Yahoo RSS feed

Asked by Fernanditos in RSS, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Web Development

Tags: ,

I'm importing RSS feeds content from Yahoo RSS service into my vbulletin forum from admincp. The problem is that I'm getting wrong characters like: "ñ" instead of  "ñ".

My forum encoding is "charset=ISO-8859-1" and the yahoo RSS page is UTF-8.

Is there any possibility to fix this problem ?
