Frontpage Interactive buttons and shared borders

Interactive buttons and shared borders

Check this site www.bluchip.gg

I want to move all the interactive buttons on the main page into the shared border at the top, but if you hover over the one button I have in the border it doesn't work, yet the other buttons work as long as they are in that particular webpage.  I.E. they change colour as you hover over them.

Can anyone give me ideas as to why this is happening?Start Free Trial
