cannot install Front Page2003

I had some problems with my profile a week or so and have been having problems getting it back to normal. I have removed all Office products, cleaned the registry keys and then reinstalled Office 2003 Pro without any problems. I cannot reinstall FrontPage, Publisher and Visio 2003 though. I get the following error when I do.
