Front Page Form submit default E-mail address used

Working with a automated trouble ticket system, The system uses the e-mail from field as a trouble ticket requestor and validates this way.

When you design a form in front page and use it, the form pulls the from field from the server extensions e-mail setup module (in this case webmaster@company.com).

On my form I have an input box for e-mail contact address for the individual submitting the form.   I want my form to pull this address and not the static address used in the front page extensions e-mail setup module.

Can anyone help out here.   I tried some ASP scripts and apparently did not set up correctly.   Can someone point me to a example that’s known to work or has a known fix for this issue.

Thank You
Rick Otto
