Mouse over text link color change???

I'm using FrontPage 2000 to create web pages. Does anyone know how to have a text link change color when there is a mouse over it? For instance, I'd like my the default blue to change to red when a mouse is placed over the blue text link. I'm using standard html type pages; no *.asp, *.xml stuff.
