Can't figure out the syntax

Hi Experts,

It's driving me crazy , I am trying to modify a code and for some reason it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. well here is what I am trying to do :
I am connecting to an access database and pull one field from one table , then I try to pass this information into an array that is written in Javascript. I am able to pass the data to my array (fcontent) the problem that I have is it doesn't move to the next record , so I keep getting the first record of my databse in my array for the whole array when using a loop ...for... now if I don't use a loop and I assign each content of my array manually then it works it moves to the next record.
I am currently testing to pull the first 10 records of my table.
the problem that I have is at line 81 to 100

I am sure it;s probably confusing by the way I explain, but please I really need some help on that . I let me know if you want me to clarify anything.
