Need formula to compare/measure employee workload productions.

Hi all,
I need a formula to reasonably compare employee workload productions.
Here's the scenario w/ obtained data fields:

Employee1
No. of TaskA transactions
No. of TaskB transactions
No. of TaskC transactions

Employee2
No. of TaskA transactions
No. of TaskB transactions
No. of TaskC transactions

Employee3
No. of TaskA transactions
No. of TaskB transactions
No. of TaskC transactions
.
.
.
etc.

Not all tasks are equal. There might be 1000 TaskA to be done, 10,000 TaskB and 100 TaskC.

So in a given time, Employee1 might do 50% of total TaskA, only 5% of total TaskB and 0% of TaskC, while Employee2 does 0% of total TaskA, but 20% of total TaskB and 50% of total TaskC.

How can I use these numbers to weigh employees against each other?
