The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

How can I package or configure NVIDIA driver software for the GeForce 8400GS to be able to push it out/ deploy it to multiple computers (at my work) using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) which it the newer version of SMS, but pretty much works the same ?

Link to Drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_175.19_whql.html

We have a big project of setting up several hundred computer with dual monitors. Installing the video card
itself is the quick and easy part, it is the installing the software and configuring each computer that takes so long.

FYI...we use the new Dell 19" and 20" LCDs. One of each or two of the same, depending on the users request. These LCDs "physically" can rotate 90 degrees if you want it that way.

So if it is possible (which it should be ) to deploy it...then I would like to make different "versions", configuration deployment options, as far as:
1) resolution
2) refresh rate
3) which screen is primary or secondary (left or right)
4) have one screen rotated left 90 degress (so one, or both screens vertical)
5) etc.

BUT for NOW, to get started...if you could just make so it is two (19" LCDs) 1280 x 1024 side by side. Primary will be the left, and the secondary will be the right (so a normal standard configuration)

Can any of you help me out, I REALLY need help on this, THANKS!!!
