how to disable autoplay/autorun for a Active Directory domain?

Zone:

Windows 2003 Server

I want to disable autoplay/autorun for all CDROM and USB flash drive used on any company within my domain.

How do I do that?

what i did was:
1. created an OU
2. put all the computers in the OU
3. right click and go to properties
4. go to group policy
5. Add a new one called "disable autoplay"
6. within the policy, in both Computer Configuration/User Configuration, i enabled administrative templates\system\turn off autoplay

did i do anything wrong?
