Where do I find information about the scheduling of a scheduled batch job

Our operators run a job everyday, that when it is submitted, is held for execution until 0300 next morning;
Where is this process defined; how can I see and change the time when the job is scheduled, or take if off the schedule? I look in WRKJOBSCE and do not see this job, which runs Monday through Friday Start Free Trial
