Problem while opening Socket

Hai,

I am doing interfacing project( C# windows application) using TCP/Ip.I can open socket and send and receive the data from/to the device.But i am facing the following error when i continously(means when i try to open 5th time or 6 time) open the socket

"Connection attempt failed because the connected party did not respond after a period of time,or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond [Ip add]"

please guide me to solve this problem.
