We have a WIn2003 server with Exchange and every user can send and receive emails.
The problem is that whenever we send to ONE domain after four days we get this error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

< ISP server here #4.4.7 SMTP; 403 4.7.0 TLS handshake failed.>
Except TLS is NOT turned on in Exchange.
I can telnet to the domain in question and send an email that way.
I can ping the domain and get a reply
When I telnet our domain and type ehlo I get a list of our services:
250-servername here hello [ip address]
250-TURN
250-SIZE
250-ETRN
250-PIPELINING
250-DSN
250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
250-8BITMIME
250-BINARYMIME
250-CHUNKING
250-VRFY
250-X-EXPS GSSAPI NTLM
250-AUTH GSSAPI NTLM
250-X-LINK2STATE
250-XEXCH50
250 OK
None of which mentions TLS (?)
So I tried an nslookup (from the server & from an outside location) to the domain and get a DNS request timed out - no matter where I try (from different ip addresses)
How can I fix this? Thnaks in advance
