AntiVermins and " System Alert! " jump on pc

i have a problem ??  

a virus check known as AntiVermins jump my pc without my concent

and i unistall it but  now i get this " System Alert! " flashing in the corner
and then pop up a balloon which get in the way if i click on balloon it open a web page to antiverom web page http://www.anti-vermins.com/?aff=334

how do i get rid i ran my own viruschecker ,ccleaner, look at regedit , ran ad aware
still stay with the pc . please help im sure this curupted the pc last time im not formating this again .
