New Laptop on domain, cannot connect via RWW

Just added a laptop to a SBS 2003.
I cannot connect via the RWW to the client.
I receive an error message:
"Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established. Ensure that the remote computer is on and connected to the Windows Small Business Network."

The user is part of the RWW security group.
