Import Stored Procedures SQL 6.5 --> SQL 7.0

This is the situation:

On SQL Server 6.5 (on a remote machine in the network) is stored a database with tables and stored procedures.

Locally (on my Win 98 machine) I have installed SQL Server 7.0. I have also successfully been able to import the tables and data from the SQL server database.

How do I import the large number of stored procedures from the 6.5 server to the 7.0 database on my local machine, without too much manual work?
