Duplicate Contacts by Entourage and iPhone

My client uses iPhone 3G to connect Exchange Server 2003 in air. No problem. The client also use MacOS X and Entourage 2008 to access the Exchange. No problem. But, one day, the client's Mailbox - Contacts folder happened duplication, almost total duplication, over thousand. I checked all duplicate items are created a same time. I found a number of duplicate items are caused by 2nd Business phone number. Do you why? How to solve it?Start Free Trial
